What is a Virtual Expert®?
A Virtual Expert® (VE) is someone who works remotely but offers the same services as if they were working in the same office with you. However, a VE saves you the hassle of hiring an on-site employee. A VE is a cost-effective alternative because you do not have to provide annual salary, taxes, benefits, sick and vacation leave, office space or office equipment and supplies.
Who do you work with?
I specialize in working with business owners, freelancers and authors.
What are your hours?
My normal business hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PT, and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. PT. Weekends can be taken into consideration depending on the nature of the request.
Do you work alone or do you have a team that supports you?
I normally work alone. However, I am affiliated with an elite team of Virtual Experts who can help us as needed. If you need a skill in which I am not an expert, I will be happy to refer you to other VEs who specialize in that area.

When I contact you, what is your typical turnaround time for a response?
I will respond to you as quickly as possible, normally within no more than 24 business hours.
When and how frequently do you invoice?
I invoice at the beginning of each month for the services provided for the previous month.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept payment through PayPal.
Do you have a contract for me to sign?
Yes, I have an agreement that spells out the services I will be completing for you and the pricing based on your needs.
Do you offer a retainer fee?
I do not feel retainers are in your best interest. There may be times when you don’t need my assistance for a set number of hours each month, and I don’t want you to feel obligated. Based on the number of average hours when you need my services, we can work out a “not-to-be-exceeded” monthly budget. If you are getting close to reaching or exceeding our agreed-upon number of hours, I will let you know. You can decide if you want me to do additional projects that month or wait until the next month.
What if I no longer need your services?
