Meet Lynne

Hi, I’m Lynne Brown, and I have been an administrative professional for over 20 years. During those years, I worked my way up from File Clerk/Receptionist to Administrative Assistant to Office Manager and beyond. I have extensive experience supporting C-level executives and numerous department leaders in a diverse range of industries.

During that time, I excelled in executive time management (i.e. jumping through hoops) and honed my ability to multi-task in all kinds of crazy (and sometimes humorous) scenarios. I pride myself in being professional, proactive, problem-solving, discreet and polished. I am your typical Virgo—exceedingly organized and detail minded—meticulous to a fault. I am teased about that A LOT. I have actually been asked, “Lynne, you are wired backwards—how can you do this nitty-gritty stuff all day long?” Why? Because I truly enjoy what I do, and I am good at it.

I was born and raised in Illinois and I sharpened my job skills in Southern California for the majority of my career. After surviving several corporate downsizings, I decided to blaze my own trail and become THE BOSS LADY. I took advanced Virtual Expert® Training courses and am on track to graduate as a Certified Virtual Expert® by the end of Summer 2019.  

My husband and I recently moved to the beautiful village of Summerlin in Las Vegas. We completely revamped our hectic California routine. We bought a smaller home at the base the Red Rock Mountains—with a pool for escaping the desert heat. I thought “do I really want to get up and leave all day, every day, fighting traffic, when I have all of these great surroundings to appreciate?”

In my spare moments I enjoy spending time with my husband, our dog (we are devoted rescue advocates) and we like to explore our new home state. You might find me rocking out at an occasional concert or reading the latest (juiciest) biography. My passion for reading and writing has led to my blogging, ghostwriting and author assistant services offered through Red Rock Virtual Assistance.
